Much like the real Sir Alfred Hitchcock would have done in his place, Sir Anthony Hopkins revelled in the warm glow of a Leicester Square premiere crowd for his latest film, the appropriately-titled Hitchcock, where Sir Anthony plays, um, Sir Alfred Hitchcock.  Alongside him stood the radiant Helen Mirren - who in the film plays Hitch's other half, Alma Reville - as well as the director of the movie, Sacha "Anvil: The Story Of Anvil" Gervasi.
